No. Sign up with your email or Google account and you get 14 days of full access to whichever plan you choose. We don't ask for payment details until you decide to continue. If you reach the end of your trial and don't upgrade, your account pauses and your data stays intact for 30 days so nothing gets lost.
You'll get a reminder at day 10 and day 13. At day 14, if you haven't added a payment method, your account moves to a read-only state — you can still log in and export your data, but you won't be able to create new tasks or invite new members. Upgrade any time to pick up exactly where you left off. We don't delete anything.
No accounts, no installs, nothing to download. You generate a guest link from inside your project — takes about ten seconds — and send it to your client. They click it, they're straight into a feedback view of your project. They can drop pins, add descriptions, and submit feedback without ever hearing the word Pollinator if you don't want them to. Agency plan and above includes white-label so the whole experience carries your branding instead of ours.
Yes. Upgrade immediately and the new features are live straight away — we'll prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you're on annual and want to downgrade mid-year, get in touch and we'll sort it out without any awkward conversations.
GBP is our base currency. The USD prices you see on this page are calculated using a live exchange rate fetched daily — not a fixed conversion we set and forget. This means the USD figure stays honest as rates move rather than quietly drifting out of step. UK customers are invoiced in GBP. International customers are invoiced in USD at the rate shown at the time of purchase. If you're somewhere else entirely and need a different currency, drop us a line.
If you're running Pollinator across multiple clients on an ongoing basis and you're looking at the Agency or Scale plan on annual billing, it's worth a conversation. We work with agencies and we understand retainer economics — a flat fee that works for both sides is more useful to everyone than a rigid price list.
